Ingredients :
- Boneless Chicken - 500 Gms
- Oil- 50 ml
- Onions - 2 medium sized finely chopped
- Green chillies - 10-12
- Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 Tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 2`Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Take a pan and heat the oil
- Saute the chopped onions until light brown.
- Add the whole green chillies with just the tips chopped
- Add the chicken pieces,turmeric,salt & 200ml water.
- Once the chicken is cooked till 90% in onions,chillies,turmeric & salt,add the ginger garlic paste,coriader & pepper powder.
- Mix well & leave it to become dry till all the water is evaporated.
Note :
1 Tsp of vinegar can be added if you find it very spicy.
